Before creating a new report, zoom in to the exact location and if there is already a coloured pin displayed, click on the pin to view details. If that report is for the same enquiry, you don't need to report the issue again. Click on the Key to learn what stage the existing report is at.
If a report does not already exist, zoom in on the map and plot the location of your new report on the map and provide details of the issue by completing the text fields.
Please note that the details you supply in the 'Description' and 'Location' fields will be displayed on the map and visible to anyone else who reports a problem.
For updates on existing reports, please use the "Enter road name, parish, postcode or customer reference number" search facility on the map or zoom to the location of the report and click on the coloured pin for information.
